Empire Dental Specialty Group, a premier multi-specialty private practice, is seeking a skilled and patient-focused Orthodontist for a temporary full-time assignment across our Beavercreek and West Chester, Ohio locations. Position Highlights
Position Type: Temporary (May–September 2026)
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time (2-4 days per week), with opportunity to turn permanent
Practice Model: Private practice with a strong PPO and Fee-for-Service (FFS) patient base

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose orthodontic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide orthodontic care using braces, clear aligners, and related appliances
Monitor treatment progress and adjust plans as needed
Educate patients on treatment options and oral hygiene
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with general dentists and specialists as needed
Supervise and support orthodontic clinical staff
Ensure compliance with Ohio Dental Board, OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA standards
Maintain a safe, clean, and patient-centered clinical environment
Requirements
DDS or DMD from a CODA-accredited dental school
Completion of a CODA-accredited orthodontic residency program
Active or eligible Ohio dental license in good standing
Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-provider dental team
Professional demeanor and patient-centered approach to care
Knowledge of and compliance with Ohio Dental Board, OSHA, HIPAA, and ADA regulations
