Cotati Dental Wellness is Hiring!

State-of-the-Art 7-op practice in Sonoma County.

Long term dental hygienist position.
Located in Northern California in suburban area. 1 hour from San Francisco and 15 minutes from Santa Rosa and Petaluma.
Hourly base pay is $65 plus bonus for each fluoride varnish application, SRP, etc.  
EMR is Dentrix.
Hours are Tuesday to Friday with hours from 9 am to 5:30pm Tuesdays, 8:30am to 5:30pm Wednesdays, 7:30am to 4:30pm Thursdays, and 7am to 3:30pm Fridays. One Monday a month and one Saturday a month also available though not required for position.
Family dentistry practice.
Same day crowns (Primescan).
CBCT.
Invisalign.
Practice offers paid sick leave, retirement plan with up to 3% salary matching, CE stipend, dental benefits, healthcare allowance ( for F/T).
Group has goal of having 2 dentists and 3 hygienists working daily.
Normal patient volumes are 7-8 patients per day depending on acuity for that day.

Requirements

have excellent communication skills in English

be self-motivated and driven

have ability to connect with people to make them feel welcome and well cared for

have gentle technical skills

Be willing to perform variety of tasks:

walking patients in and out of care room

answering patient questions

lend a helping hand to other team members as needed

move instruments and to and from operatory

general upkeep of hygiene room and assistance with sterilization as time permits
