The University of Utah School of Dentistry (UUSOD) seeks qualified candidates for a faculty position in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS), working approximately 1–2 days per week (0.2 FTE). [EW1]The UUSOD is committed to excellence in education, patient care, and service to underserved populations across Utah.
Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Didactic, simulation, and clinical teaching
Work collaboratively with all UUSOD sections, including pediatrics, prosthodontics, endodontics, oral pathology, general dentistry, and periodontics
Minimum Qualifications
Possess a DDS, DMD, or equivalent degree and be eligible for an unrestricted dental license in Utah. Requirements for a Utah dental license are found on DOPL.
Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program
