Description
Associate Dentist Opportunity – Practice focused on Tooth Replacement & Implant Dentistry
DentureCare & Implant Solutions | Rocky Mount, NC (Raleigh or Greenville area)
Join a thriving, 35+ year-old private practice with a true specialty focus on treating edentulism — from traditional removable prosthetics to world-class dental implant solutions, including full-arch implant-supported restorations.
We are a family-run practice founded over 35 years ago with a passion for transforming lives through exceptional tooth replacement. Our mission is simple: help patients stop coping with missing teeth and start truly living — with confidence, comfort, and function.
Why This Opportunity Stands Out
Niche Expertise — Concentrate on high-impact, rewarding cases: conventional & immediate dentures, implant-retained/overdentures, fixed implant bridges, and full-mouth implant reconstructions. See real examples of our transformative work on Instagram @AskDocJoc and our website www.implantdenturecare.com.
State-of-the-Art Onsite Lab & Digital Workflow — Over 50 years of combined lab experience, now fully evolved with:
Onsite removable lab
Intraoral & desktop scanners
3D Facial Scanner
Advanced CAD design (EXOCAD, BlueSkyPlan, CoDiagnostix, etc.)
CAM technology including multiple 3D printers and a 5-axis mill
Mentorship & Growth — Work alongside experienced clinicians (including Dr. Edward W. Jernigan and Dr. Joc Jernigan) in a collaborative team, non-corporate environment. Ideal for new graduates or dentists looking to build deep proficiency in implants and prosthetics without the pressure of general dentistry procedure volume.
Prime Location — Rocky Mount, NC offers an easy commute: just 45-50 minutes from Raleigh and 40 minutes from Greenville.

Compassionate chairside manner with a patient-first approach
Willingness to learn and grow in a digitally advanced, implant-focused practice
